You'll have your own furnished Bedroom with New Double Bed, Smart TV, Full Main Bathroom with bath/shower, separate W/C, bear in mind W/C and bathroom will be used by visitors - very few and mainly family. This section can also be shut off from main house.
Large open plan kitchen/dining area-could be set up as a lounge area- up for discussion dependient on need, separate main family room and a formal dining area (currently being used for extra storage but can be reconfigured as dining area dependent upon need for separate lounge).
Craft room - use open to discussion
Fully equipped home office- small corner can be set up for use
Games Room with pool table and board games
Shared outdoor covered /BBQ entertainment area and large yard divided into 3 - Entertaining-Utilities- Workshop.
L/Up Garage owners use only.
Second separate smaller lockup workshop yard area available for shared use.

Rent is fully inclusive of all bills, food we can discuss, personal items are your expense. This gives you unlimited high-speed internet access, access to Netflix, Stan,Prime, (any purchases you want to make available on request, or use own account), connection to Google, appleTV and other applications (use own accounts) accessible. Bedroom has functional aerial socket and Ethernet connection can be easily installed via powerline adapters. (priced from $150 once off payment from Office works- your expense, you can take with you or I'll purchase at end of your tenancy).

My youngest son lives at the end of the street and various other family members live in the same neighbourhood. I very rarely have any visitors other than family, and a half dozen very close friends. I love to socialise, but away from home as I like to have my own space. I currently work from home, but will be working locally or in Perth as of next year. I paint, create, design bespoke leather wear and pieces upon request. Reading, history, music of all genres, motorbike riding (on and off road) and enjoying life are my passion! I'm 53, but the rule is if you haven't grown up by 50 you don't have to- i draw the line at wilful destruction of property ( unless you own it yourself).
These 4 qualities are totally non-negotiable from anyone who enters my life/home.

Loyal, lovable and extremely affectionate once she knows you're ok- meaning I've introduced you to her.
Excellent guard dog she sleeps inside with me at night, has the run of the whole property, and is great with kids( i have 2 grandchildren under 7 and various other assorted relatives under 15 that visit on occasion).
