8 minute walk to the beach. 2 minute walk to bus stop and buses leaving every 15 minutes on highway which is an 8 minute walk. Estuary on the other side of highway which is great for nature walks and fishing. 4 shopping centres within 5-15 minute drive.

4 bed 2 bath 2 storey home. Large living area and main bedroom up the top. 3 rooms and bathroom, laundry and garage downstairs. Herbs and some vegetables in the garden. We are careful with our use of electricity, gas and water. Use eco friendly products to clean not harsh chemicals. No heavy drinkers, heavy drug users no smoking inside.
