- Fully monitored security system surrounding the property.

- Next to public transport, shopping centre, Gilbert's, gym and bunnings.

- Small dogs considered we have one daushaund, and two cat's.

Looking for a clean and tidy down to earth human, thats willing to chip in around the house when needed. Single mum with one teen, we are away most nights and work full-time. Do all my own gardening and maintenance ect but would love a hand.Not big on parties but do have people over for snacks and fire pit night's ect
