Central to forum ,bus stop, foreshore, quiet location, lock up yard, use of all things in house ,looking for someone 12 moths to start with. Shared bathroom, enclosed back yard, i travell so will have run of house most times ,just need someone that enjoys looking after lawn and gardens which is not a lot. Fully enclosed lockable yard front and back. Use of washing machine and dryer, its quiet neighbour hood, been there 7 yrs .

I have 2 small dogs 🐕 that are well behaved, because I travel the dogs are with another when im away. And they both love. People, they are the door bell when a know at the door.

I am a quiet person, but enjoy company when needed, I care for my girls (dogs), fully house trained with manners.
I am myself a smoker BUT only. Out side never in house, but planning to stop the smoking ,I am in a good area with shops, buss routes close by in walking distances,
