Bills and expenses

The rental price includes most bills (gas, internet and water) and general house stuff (toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent etc). For electricity, my average electricity bill is around $110/month, so you'll just pay for whatever costs above that (e.g. if the bill is $140 then you'll pay $30).

About occupants
Hello! I'm Byron, a 39 year old guy. I've been living in this place for just over 4 years and love it here - the location is fantastic and close to everything. I work in policy work for the government with most days WFH and 1-2 days/week in the office. I'm pretty chill, enjoy socialising with friends (more likely to catch up with friends out and about than have them over) and also enjoy my solo time. I'm fairly fit and active, enjoy gyming a few times a week, swimming and boxing. If I'm at home I'm either working on my side project, cooking, reading or something else pretty low key. I'm not a massive tv watcher - the occasional show or drag race (don't judge haha) - and into video games every now and again.
Compatible people
Cleanliness is super important to me and I'd look for the same from my housemate. The idea of adulting enough to know when to initiatively do things as needed - such as taking out the rubbish, recycling, vacuum etc - without us needing to create some type of cleaning roster. A chill housemate - somebody who isn't into partying, social and happy to have a chat but also has their own life and stuff going on. As the apartment isn't massive, somebody who is considerate of their noise and how they live is important.
