Large house with a large backyard in a fabulous location next to parkland and plenty of public transport. The house has wonderful high ceilings and polished floorboards. The room available is very large and fully furnished with a queen sized bed, two bedside tables, lamps, desk, chair, TV, and plenty of storage with built in wardrobes. Bedding is also included if required. The house is toasty warm with central heating. There is a large lounge with comfortable sofas and a large TV as well as a dining table. The kitchen also has a table and chairs, crockery, cutlery, pots, microwave, dishwasher, etc. There is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer and a large backyard.

The location is fabulous. Short walk to Victoria Park train station and Johnston and Hoddle St buses. Across the road from a large oval and around the corner from Dights Falls, the bike track to the city, and the walking tracks of Studley Park. It is also a short stroll to a variety of bars and restaurants. Price quoted includes all bills (internet, gas, water, electricity).
