Amazing renovated warehouse in Abbotsford, right nearby Victoria Park and Collingwood stations. Cant emphasise how good the location is if you like this area. Near to Victoria Street for the best Vietnamese, near to Smith Street for all the fun offered there, and 3 great pubs almost on our doorstep (Lulie Street, Dr Morse and the Yarra Hotel). Despite this, the road is relatively quiet and noise isnt an issue.

The house is a 3 bed, with a shared downstairs bathroom and the room on the top floor is en suite. The upstairs has a vibey open planned kitchen and lounge, with plenty of light, heating and air conditioning. We also have a terrace and bbq, which we use a lot. Furthermore, we have our own garage, which also has plenty of storage space.

The bills will be divided by all 3 tenants equally - we have the usual bills; water, gas/electricity and internet. This room will cost $210 a week plus bills ($60-$80 a month). The bond is approx $748.

About the occupants
Both me (Rob) and Steph are from London. I work as a consultant in data analytics and Steph works for Melbourne FC in events. Martin is a south American cooking maestro who is sadly leaving us. We have had a great vibe in this house, perfectly chilled during the week and sociable on the weekends. Being in our mid 30s, we dont want a party house, but do like a drink every now and then. So the right balance is what we are seeking in our next flatmate.
