3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Large 3 story warehouse apartment in the backstreets of Abbotsford. Ground floor is the garage and a bedroom, 2nd floor is an open kitchen, dining and entertaining area with an out door decking area and the 3rd floor is the 2 bedrooms available with a shared bathroom. The house is very secure and is located down a back street so there isn't too much in the way of human / car traffic. We have a garage with one carpark.

The house is about a 30 second walk to the corner of Church Street and Victoria Street with 2 trams heading into the city and 1 heading south into Richmond / Prahan. The train is probably about a 5 -7 minute walk away.

There are heaps of restaurants, coffee shops and bars with in a 5 minute walking radius.

The big draw card for me is the creek which is rather beautiful to walk along in the summer evenings and is a short walk away.

Unfortunately my room mates have decided to move out of the city and I have 2 rooms available in my lovely house.

My name is Nic and I am 29. I work in building compliance which sees me traveling a fare bit for work. When works slow I am normally in my studio painting art. I enjoy films (the type you’d see at MIFF), books, cooking, playing records and all that other jazz and I go out to alot of gigs.
