The situation:
Currently myself and my boyfriend are living here but are moving interstate for work. He’ll be leaving around mid Feb but I’ll be here until late March/April. So would be happy to share all the costs until I leave then hoping to find someone that will sign onto the lease. Flexible on when you move in but we might just have stuff everywhere before 18th of Feb.
The full rent is $350 a week and the lease officially ends late October.
Pick what ever room you want and I’ll stay in the other. Also will be happy to leave some of the furniture behind if you’d like. (Recliner chairs, fridge, washing machine, tv and maybe more)
