I'm looking for someone who is kind, respectful, clean, and considerate of noise levels. Someone who leaves a space as they found it and takes care of things. Ideally someone who is friendly and sociable, and also comfortable with their own company. Non-smokers preferred. You’ll be happy doing your own meals, and we might share a meal now and then too. You are happy to live without TV (don’t have one in the unit).
