About the property
I am a female in my late 30’s who is looking for an easy going tidy female to share my 2 bedroom house. The house has a furnished living/dining room, kitchen with washing machine and 2nd toilet downstairs and 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. There is a small private yard at the back. The house is in a quiet set of units on a great street 200m to Altona beach and a short walk to shops, restaurants and the train station. There is unrestricted street parking.
The bedroom has built in wardrobes and single bed but can be left unfurnished if preferred.
No smoking is allowed in the house.
Must keep your room clean. We will have a rotating cleaning roster for shared areas.
Rent is $250 per week with bills included (internet, electricity and gas)
Bond of 2 weeks rent
2 weeks rent required upfront before moving in.
