Hi there,
I'm first and foremost a dedicated father and I have my 4yo daughter 5 nights a fortnight.
When I don't have my daughter, I'm not home very often. When I do have her, we're quite often out and about so the house will be fairly empty most of the time.
I often have alarms set for 5am on weekdays. When me and my daughter are home, we are often playing, making noise, cooking and doing fun stuff.
We're Australian, born and raised here and of Italian heritage.
I'm a bit of a certified health nut, eat very cleanly and healthily, am a fairly spiritual person too and am also very active and energetic, enjoying activities such as ninja warrior, bouldering, yoga, pilates and reading.

The room can be either empty or partly furnished. They will also have access to all amenties of the house, kitchen, bathroom, laundry facilities etc..
What's most important to me in a housemate is that they resonate with me and will keep the house a home, keeping the vibe positive. Ideally, the housemate will feel like an addition to our family and it would be nice to have shared meals etc.. and really become friends. This is not a requirement, but a nice-to-have.
What's very important - absolutely no smokers, no-one with any toxic habits, no drugs, no toxic behaviours or addictions. The housemate will have to be someone I am comfortable with my daughter being in the presence of.
