There is enough room for a bed and a desk. It has large windows with neighbourhood views. It gets the morning sun and overlooks the courtyard, however, there are nice curtains that block out the sun.

This is a beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse. It features an open plan living area. There is a large screen TV (equip with free Netflix), free unlimited internet and a large, comfortable couch. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and there is a nice courtyard out the back.

It is in a great location with only a few minutes walk to a Bus stop, Altona Gate shopping centre and Altona fresh which is a local Italian grocer. It is only a few minutes walk to Bayfit gym and swimming pool as well as Chemist Warehouse, Bunnings, Office Works, Aldi, Mcdonalds and KFC. The house is a couple of metres from a park with an oval and playground.

There is also plenty of free parking available out the front of the house.
