We are a friendly young professional couple offering a private bedroom in our modern townhouse. The room is unfurnished, with the option of a bedframe and mattress if required, and includes:
- Your own ensuite bathroom
- Built-in wardrobe
- Air conditioning
- Plenty of natural light

Rent is $300 per week, with all bills included (electricity, gas, water and internet).

The property is a 3-bedroom brick townhouse, part of a quiet row of five, which we purchased in December 2024 after relocating from Brisbane. The home features a bright, open feel with a lightwell near the open-plan kitchen and living area and a private back patio.

Location highlights:
- 5–10 minute walk to the train station with a direct V/Line to Southern Cross (approx. 20-minute journey)
- Short drive to Coles, Woolworths, and Costco
- 2 min walk to Koroit Creek walking and cycling tracks and a local tennis court ~15min walk away

We also share our home with two friendly Ragdoll cats, Reina and Zara, so unfortunately we’re unable to accommodate additional pets.

This room would suit a university student or young professional looking for a comfortable, well-located home in a peaceful setting.
