Description of the home

I have one room available in a stunning two-bedroom apartment starting from early March. The rent is $1250 per calendar month, due on the 8th of each month. The bond is equivalent to one month’s rent, and there will also be a one-time lease transfer fee of $220.

Unfortunately, I'm moving interstate, which means I have to leave my dream home. 😢 Conveniently located on High Street, it's just a short walk to Armadale and Toorak train stations, with a tram stop (Line 6) directly outside. There's a small grocer across the road, and larger supermarkets nearby, as well as multiple cafes and restaurants on the street. The property comes with a parking permit if needed for yourself or guests. The apartment is quite spacious, with an open-plan living area and French doors that open onto a balcony. The house is furnished, except for a TV (which I'll be taking with me) and your bedroom, of course.

Your room:
It's on the larger side (4.1 x 3.6 meters), easily fitting a queen-sized bed. It features a fireplace, built-in desk, and wardrobes. There are high ceilings, central heating for winter, and double-glazed windows with block-out blinds to keep things cool in summer. Bed and mattress can also be purchased if that's your preference. 😌

Your housemate:
Is a 27-year-old female working in marketing, spending two days working from home and three days in the office. She’s friendly, considerate, and tidy. Is quite social and likes to stay active. Takes pride in her home and appreciates downtime whenever she can fit it in.

You:
I'm looking for a female housemate, preferably in their mid-20s to early 30s, who works full time. Someone who is tidy in shared spaces, friendly, and happy to hang out but also respects downtime.
