Description of the home
My home is a classic Victorian period home in a central location.
I am close to all transport- train , tram and bus, and a busy shopping centre and 2 -3 major supermarkets close by.
All facilities include a neighbourhood that hosts, lovely shops, gyms, hairdressers, libraries, cafes, restaurants as well as lovely parks and gardens.
It is one of Melbourne's premier suburbs. A great location or spot to be.
Very safe with wide streets and a variety of housing.
Spacious rooms, with a room that hosts a bed, cupboard, light, desk, bedding and shelving.
Suits a student or someone that needs a room with all furnishings.
Students are very happy here or full-time workers or some-one that doesn't need to work from home,
Close to Monash Caulfield and Hawthorn English language school, but all close transport to city and around all Melbourne as this is a very central location.
A bathroom that is large and a separate toilet, as well as space in a living room to relax.
Slippers are required in my home and a washing machine but no dryer is available with the host on a full load.
payments are on a monthly basis
with a 1-month bond upon arrival including 1 month notice upon vacating.
I'm very easy going, quite flexible and may be happy to negotiate.

My children are grown and away and I have some grandchildren that visit on occasion.
I work part-time or casually as a primary school teacher.
I'm often walking around the neighbourhood, shopping and keeping fit,
but listen to all media to keep abreast of community and local government.
I have hosted many students for homestay as well as travellers and those travelling for work, business, or pleasure
and have had many stay for over 2 years but depends on our timing and needs.
A really great location here in one of Melbourne's premier suburbs.
Very close to all facilities, transport and schools.

Preference for a student or professional that is busy with their own life often busy at work or school.
Keeping the home clean and tidy is also important
but being friendly and flexible is also lovely.
Some-one that doesn't need to work from home as sometimes my grand-kids will pop in.
Some-one that is away at work or school would be best.
