About the occupants
I'm a full time working professional working Monday - Friday.

I like socializing on the weekends but like to keep my house as a home and tend to keep it a relaxing environment. I'm not a neat freak, but like to keep the place tidy and when I have shared before have shared with individuals that all do their own bit to keep the house tidy. I'm pretty relaxed and easy going. I tend to keep myself pretty busy during the week between going to the gym, work and dinner with friends.

I'm Happy to share the occasional wine or dinner with the flatmate but also looking for someone who is independent and enjoys their own space as well.

This is not a party house.
Compatible people
Looking for a flatmate who is a working professional and has shared before.
Someone who has flatmate respect.
A friendly and respectable person who likes a drama free home and does there bit to clean up after themselves.
Ideally looking for a working professional, but happy to consider someone who is studying full or part time.
Description of pets
I have a cat called Gigi.
She is only halfway through her years and is a very relaxed friendly cat.
She spends most of her days sleeping (literally she doesn't move between when I leave for work and come home) and can sometimes be a bit shy to new faces but likes looking out the window into the trees or laying in the sun.
