A great area to live being a 5 minute walk to the shops, a 2 minute walk to the tram which will take around fifteen minutes to get to the heart of the CBD. If you prefer the train, a ten minute walk to the Newmarket station. If events are your thing, it's only a 5 min walk to the Melbourne show Grounds or Flemington Racecourse! A short walk to the Ascot Vale and Flemington areas which has cafes and nightlife. Lots of foot paths and bike paths around.

No off street parking, but always room for parking on the quiet street.
