MY HOUSE IS LOCATED IN JAMES STREET, ASCOT VALE: Please check location and public transport
Extremely Clean large house including a beautiful well presented new kitchen and bathroom with large outdoor areas. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, oven, cooktop, microwave, toaster, rice cooker :) . The laundry includes a washing machine to use and your own drying rack is provided for you. There is lots of FREE Parking in front and sides of property. Cooking essentials, cutlery, plates, bowls are all provided including bed linen.

Located around 7 kilometres from CBD. Very safe and pieceful area

Going to the City via Bus and Train YOU will be in the CITY in around 40 minutes :
3 minute walk to Bus stop 472
Then 10 minutes on the bus 🚌 to Ascot Vale station 🚉 or you can go the other way and in 10mins you will be at Footscray station 🚉 which is one train stop away to Southern Cross station 🚉 in the city (cbd)

You can also walk 14 minutes to Flemington train 🚂 station 🚉 and this is one or 2 stops into southern cross station

Going to the City via Tram:
Walk from my house 🏠 to tram 57 which is about 14 minutes (10 minutes if you have long legs) which then takes you 22 minutes into the city at Vic market or Elizabeth street CBD
