Located at 205 Maribyrnong Road, The appartment complex has 14 appartments with secure off-road parking with plenty of visitor spaces included as well. Now thats a lot of Parking Spaces!

The Building is secure with entraces needing access codes, stairway needing a key and ofcourse the appartment door needing one aswell lol :0. There are also cameras near the entrances and parking areas :) Ideally for people that value their safety and privacy.

The Common area has a big couch, coffee table, tv table, Split air-conditioning, indoor heating and a Balcony. The Kitchen is moderately spaced and comes with all the basic appliances present. Meaning plenty of potential for yummy meals to be made and ofcourse there is a dining area to eat those yummy succulent meals!

The bath includes ofcourse the bath!, a shower,sink and laundry. Its spacious and the toilet is located in its separate room.

The Room for Rent has Good Sunlight so there are pretty drapes to block out sun and also prevent the cold from coming in. There is a spacious wardrobe with drawers. The Bed and side table comes included!

There is also nearby Public Transport with Trams 57 and 82 (Going to and from city, Going to Footscray and toward monee ponds :)). Ascot vale train station is also located a short walk in case of disruptions. The Trams are pretty reliable and i have not yet had to use the trains yet so if you are someone that travels on public transport this place will also be good for you.
