Looking for a new house mate for our charming terrace house in Ascot Vale.
It's just 10 minute walk to Newmarket Train Station, Woolworths, restaurants and pubs.
3 minute walk to tram 59, cafes and corner store (adjoining bottle shop).
It’s a perfect location but that’s just the start. Spacious home with large backyard in a friendly area. It’s an older home with plenty of character.
The room available is upstairs in the converted attic. It’s spacious and the only the bedroom up there so it’s a very private space.
You’ll be living with two guys who both work 9-5. Rory loves a good cuppa but trades that for a beer as he watches the footy.
Jay loves a good wine and won’t trade that as he doesn’t follow the AFL.
It’s a warm and friendly home with plenty of space to be left alone and plenty of space to sit around and hang out.
You’ll need to be clean and respectful but most of all be willing to be part of a home.

Bills and expenses
The boring (but necessary) details: Rent is $666 per calendar month and bond is the same amount. Bills and chores are split between everyone, and we have a household ‘kitty’ to pay for shared resources like loo paper etc.
Bills are divided evenly between all housemates and will include water, gas, electricity and internet.

Jason - Jason is sound Engineer currently working for an energy company. He spends his free time socialising with friends and heading off for quick getaways.
While we’re leaning towards finding a female housemate, we are still open to guys. The right person is the most important thing. Someone who will contribute to the atmosphere of the place, and the mini pseudo family that we are. While we have our different schedules, it’s nice having others around to share a wine or beer and chat about the day. Student or professional, both are welcome. Smoking is ok, but outside only.
We are looking for someone honest and easy to get along with whom has similar interests to ourselves.
