Hi, we are looking for a housemate to join us in our tidy and spacious Ashwood home!

The room:
A medium sized room that can fit a double bed, desk and wardrobe. can be furnished if preferred. Theres a newly renovated bathroom next to the bedroom that is shared with 1 other housemate.

Rents is $265/week including bills. The bills and include all gas and electricity, internet and a quarterly cleaner who deep cleans all common areas. min 4 month stay and room is available from June 8th 2025.

The house:
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, 1 study. the house is very spacious with lots of natural light year round. 1 bedroom has been converted into a second study. the kitchen and living area is fully furnished and there is a large TV with Netflix available. the house has heating and cooling and there is free parking on the street. Also, we are a shoes off household are are looking for a housemate who won’t wear shoes while inside the house.
