The house is 5 years old, in impecable condition surrounded by a well stablished neighbourhood, and offers beautiful views of the park and nearby houses, in a tranquil setting, walking distance from the Maribyrnong river, accessible by tracks located 50 mtrs from the house.

Public transport is a 15 min walk, and shops including cafes and restaurants are located 800 mtrs away. Bus 406 takes you via Highpoint Shopping Centre to Victoria University in Footscray or to the begining of Tram Line 57 which goes into the City. Bus/tram stop around 15 min walk. With easy access to the Western Ring Road, Tullamarine Freeway and only 15 minutes from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport. Next door suburbs are Maribyrnong, Maidston, Brooklyn, Braybrook, Footscray, Essendon, East Keilor, Airport West, Tullamarine. Moneeponds and Ascot Vale are 10 minutes away.
