I am happy for short stays or for the right housemate we can add your name to the lease.
Lovely front terrace and a nice small courtyard out the back. There is a seperate powder room (toilet) from the shower-over bath and a detached studio room out the back (currently set up as a study, storage room and has the clothes dryer).
The train line runs directly behind the house. There is unlimited street car parking available.
Only a 5-minute walk to Balaclava train station on the Sandringham line.
Carlisle St in Balaclava is within walking distance with cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
The tram from Balaclava Station takes you to St Kilda, Luna Park, Acland St.
Trams leave from Chapel St and head towards Windsor and Prahran.

The house is fully furnished. We can discuss bedding and linen if you require these too.

I’m a 40yo Veterinary Nurse and have been working in the veterinary industry for 20 years. I worked as a Vet Tech in Vancouver for 12 months during their 2010 Winter Olympics!
I also teach Animal Studies at TAFE. I do a lot of pet sitting at my clients houses, otherwise I’m at home with Frida, my Frenchie.
I lead a vegan and cruelty-free lifestyle. I enjoy getting out for hikes with the dog, and going to the gym. I hope to spend more time in nature this year, free-camping and exploring.
I enjoy coffee and catch-ups with friends and I’m learning Spanish!
