Lovely front terrace and a nice small courtyard out the back. There is a seperate powder room (toilet) from the shower-over bath and a detached studio room out the back. The train line runs directly behind the house. There is unlimited street car parking available.
Only a 5-minute walk to Balaclava train station on the Sandringham line.
Carlisle St in Balaclava is within walking distance with cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
Take a tram from Balaclava Station towards St Kilda, Luna Park, Acland St.
Trams leave from Chapel St and head towards Windsor and Prahran.

I lead a vegan and cruelty-free lifestyle. I enjoy getting out for a hike with friends and the dog, and going to the gym. I hope to spend more time in nature next year, free-camping and exploring.
I enjoy coffee and dinner catch-ups with the girls, plus wellness treats like saunas and ice-baths.
