My partner and I are moving to Berlin, so we need someone to fill our bedroom from mid-July.
===The house 🏡===
This is a 2-bed, 2-bath house, meaning you have a bathroom all to yourself. The ground floor has a garage and laundry, the second floor has both bedrooms and bathrooms, and then the top floor has open-plan living. The driveway has a gated entrance and plenty of storage. Maria doesn’t drive, so you’ll get the car space to yourself. It has modern kitchen fittings, split system in every room, double-glazed windows, and a West-facing balcony with lovely sunsets. The house is completely furnished, and the kitchen is fully stocked! 🍽️

The house is on a quiet street, less than a 10-minute walk from Balaclava station on the Sandringham line. The main street is Carlisle Street with Coles, Woolworths, and lots of great food options. The 3, 16, 67, and 78 trams are also within a 10-minute walk 🍔
