This is a 3 bedroom house but only occupied by two people, new flatmate and myself.
Balwyn is a leafty refined suburb and safe place to live in and this is a luxury home.
With beautiful parks and lovely walking trails and cycling tracks. There's also a swimming centre close by with a heated outdoor pool, and many gyms to choose from. Balwyn has a great modern library and an amazing balwyn cinema.
With a quaint shopping strip with super markets in the surrounded area, there is also an organic super market located on white horse road, belmore road has a local fruit and vegetable store which also provides organic produce, and an organic butchers licated on the same with some amazing cafes and a variety of international cuisines to choose from, all of which are walkiing distance.
Public transport is pretty amazing and not an issue.
Buses, trams and a train station in Canterbury.
All transport travel to city and by train it takes 20min.
The home has been discribed as a stylish haven, calm, cozy and sparkly clean, bright sunlight, and very spacious, surrounded with beautiful indoor plants, complete with a indoor water fountain which creates a beautiful ambience.
The front of the home has large beautiful trees, which helps during the summer with keeping the house cool. I have a private drive way for parking on the property. The garden area is very spacious,
It's a lovely set up, I love sitting outside having breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's great for entertaining or simply just hanging out.
This is a happy house! What I love the most is coming home to a relaxing tranquil space. This is not a party house however i love to host and have friends over for dinner and have no issues with flatemates having visitors. This is definetly a hidden gem, you cannot miss out on this beautiful home it has three bedrooms but only occupied by myself and new flatmate.,. The home is very spacious therefore we won't get under each others feet.

Bills and expenses
The rent is $350. a week Bills are separate. You have full access to the home, all kitchen supplies, plates utensils etc is provided. I do prefer for us to purchase our own food......
The cleaning is a shared responsibility which will be discussed when meeting, naturally cleaning up after you makes life easier. If you are interrested do reach out..

I would consider myself as a bit of a social butterfly, easy going, down to earth but also enjoy my own company and beleive we should also respect one another space and privacy. I love life and having a laugh. "A day without laughter is a day wasted"

I really enjoy working out at the gym during the week and generally keeping fit, I love food and i am a bit of a foodie and love going out to eat and cooking for the people I love.
Music is good for the soul, which I love to listen to when chilling at home. I enjoy watching movies and documentary and always up for trying something new!
I also have an passion for fashion and interior design which I studied in the UK.
A passion i've always enjoyed, i often help out family and friends when they need my assistance.
I like to keep my home living, simple and clean and organised, though i'm not anal about it.
I guess more importantly is when i meet my future flatemate we both vibe each other. and that we both have similar values, and I guess basically getting along. I will not accept rudeness and beleive no one should. I treat people how i would like to be treated. Open respectful communication are very important.
The house will only be shared by myself and new house mate, no other occupants.
