Description of the home

Large Share House on land for wildlife. There are 5 bedrooms so you would have at least two, plus a separate space to set up as a studio of some kind. Depending on what we negotiate, you would also have either an ensuite or the main bathroom to yourself. Lockable doors throughout. Rent includes bills, every day cleaning supplies, occasional professional cleaning, lawn mowing etc. and would be $230 each with 3 individuals residing.

Property is designated land for wildlife so indoor or caged pets only. Regular visitors/residents here include wallabies, pobble bonk frogs, ring tail possums, and the occasional wombat and echidna. Loads of birdlife too. I currently have 2 d'uccle hens.

Some photos can be shared privately. House is untidy as housemate is in the middle of vacating. I don't have access to all areas so don't have all the photos. Less than half the first storey is shown here. Walk-throughs can be arranged by appointment. Some furnishings will be replaced and happy to consider your aesthetic.
