Large Share House on land for wildlife.
Ten minute walk to bus stop.

Property is designated land for wildlife so indoor or caged pets only. Not fenced. No dogs. Regular visitors/residents here include wallabies, pobble bonk frogs, ring tail possums, and the occasional wombat, deer, and echidna. Loads of birdlife too. I currently have 2 d'uccle hens.

Communal areas, upstairs and down, are bare at the moment since the previous head tenant vacated and took furniture with her. It will be refurnished and happy to consider your aesthetic if you get in fast enough. Place looks empty now but lots of opportunity for getting creative and decorating!

Available bedrooms are downstairs and mine are upstairs at the opposite end of the house.
