The house - Fully furnished, 3 bedroom house with a bathroom and toilet, a small living room (used as a study) and a big kitchen with the dining table. There is small laundry room with washing machine. Spacious garden in the front.

Room 1- Cute room with bright window. The room has single bed with a cupboard,drawers, study desk and chair. You would be sharing the bathroom with 2 others.
Rent is $250 per week ( most bills included- gas, water, internet). Only bill not added is the electricity.

Room 2- Slightly bigger than Room 1 also with bright window. The room has king single bed with an inbuilt cupboard(feel free to add any drawers inside it). This room also has drawers, study desk and chair. You would be sharing the bathroom with 2 others.
Rent is $270 per week ( most bills included- gas, water, internet). Only bill not added is the electricity.
