We are looking for someone who is easy going, neat and tidy. Everyone in the house is pretty quiet and have set rules to avoid any potential conflicts that can rise amongst the share mates. We take turn to clean the house.
We only take female as toilet is shared by other two females.
Central heating and cooling system.
Location is perfect for Monash students. It's just one bus ride to both Monash University (bus 630) and Chadstone shopping centre (bus 903, 767).
The room will be available from the 3rd August. Rent is negotiable for long term stays.
