The house is a beautiful single storey brick veneer home set opposite a park. The house has gorgeous well-kept gardens with two outdoor decking areas including outdoor kitchen and spa.
The bedrooms are spacious and fit queen beds easily as well as extra furniture if you wish.
There are two living areas including a rumpus room, family room and large kitchen. The house has refrigerated air conditioning and ducted heating throughout.
You would be sharing a recently renovated large bathroom with one other flatmate.
The house is close to public transport, 5 minute drive to all amenities including supermarkets, gyms, train stations, bars, parks and restaurants. The Berwick Market is on every Sunday which is a 7 minute walk away!
