Large home with 3 bedrooms upstairs currently 2 are rented out and we are looking to rent out the last room. The loungeroom and kitchen is also upstairs.
The house has a huge backyard for all those fantastic spring and summer days.
We are in a great location within a minutes walk to a bus stop, a quick 10 minute walk to Blackburn station or Blackburn shopping centre.

We are both (Leanne, 65 and Tony, 61) self employed and work from home, and enjoy having a chat and a laugh when we have time.
We live in the downstairs section of the house when we are there.
