Bus stop right outside the house.

Heaps of paved area in the backyard (not pictured), pretty garden that needs tending in the front yard.
We have an old asshole of a dog that sleeps around the house most of the day. Doesn’t mix well with other animals.

Heaps of extra wide street parking out front (no permits required) and whoever has the most expensive vehicle gets the driveway.
