We are a young professional Kiwi-Indian couple (Chartered Accountant and Engineer) who recently moved from New Zealand. We live in a brand-new, modern house and are looking to sublet one of our rooms to a like-minded young professional, student, or couple.

About the Room:
- Spacious and bright, with a full-length sliding mirrored wardrobe offering plenty of storage space.

- Bedroom does not include any furniture—you will need to bring your own bed/mattress.

- Please note: furnishings in photos may differ.

- Located next to a private bathroom and toilet, exclusively for your use.
