Also includes reverse cycle air conditioner/heater, Queen-sized bed with electric blanket and lamb’s wool underlay; drawers ; in-built wardrobe; study desk ; office chair ; timber Book Case ; sheep-skin rug; new venetian blinds ; large Sony HD LED TV with Netflix and Disney access. Can redecorate somewhat if you’d like a different look. (eg: new bed-side lamps)
• Shared facilities include bathroom, separate toilet, laundry, kitchen, large lounge room with 65 inch Sony OLED TV and luxury leather sofa and recliner. The owner may (very rarely) need to access the spare room to get a book.
• Appliances include fridge, microwave and electric ovens, top loader washing machine, dryer. Dual cycle air conditioners also in the spare room and lounge room.
