I live in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom (2 toilets) town house in Braybrook. There's a car space, CCTV, washing machine and small backyard. The house has ducted heating throughout and aircon downstairs. I have furnished the home (need a new dining table) but if there's furniture you'd like to put in, you're welcome to!

The closet train stations are Tottenham and Sunshine and bus stop 216 is close by. The nearest shopping centres are Central West and Homeco Braybrook. There's also a little park next to the house.

Bills and expenses

We would be splitting rent so you'd pay $847.50 per calendar month ($195.04 weekly). We would also split bills (electricity/gas/water) which come in every few months and wifi monthly.

PLEASE READ UPDATE:
On June 11, the increase will be $1955 per calendar month which is $450 a week. This means that the your portion of rent (not including bills etc) would be $977.5 per calendar month which is $225 per week.

I am a 27 year old mother of 2 indoor cats. My daughter Tonks is 3 and a half (tonkinese) and son Jasper is 2 (black medium hair).
I work full time Monday to Friday in community mental health. I'm a social person but like to have a quiet home to relax so this is not a party or smoking house.

Description of pets
Jasper is friendly and shy. Tonks will take some time to warm up, but her beauty will win you over. They have lots of toys and can walk outside on harness and lead. They are strictly indoor only kitties except under supervision.
