Description of the home
This house is only 4 years old. It is a two story executive town house. So it’s modern, fresh and clean. It features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Upon walking in on the ground floor you will find a bedroom on the left which comes with an ensuite. A hallway will lead you to the main living area which has a sofa, dining table and a cosy fully equipped kitchen.
Another bedroom is situated next to the living area. Off the galley kitchen you can find a small laundry with washer, sink and skinny fridge. If you venture back through the living area you will find a timber stair case that leads you to the second story.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and one bedroom features an ensuite. Along with a shared tenant bathroom and separate toilet. Last but not least the house does have two outdoor clothes lines.
In terms of transport, parking is free on the street. The 408 bus route stops around the corner. The 220 bus stops at the end of the street. Both routes have links to Tottenham and Sunshine stations.

Hannah 24, female and from NZ. Works at Uniqlo in the corporate office in the CBD. Resident artist, thrift rack shopper, reader, loves a good brunch, coffee shop and a hipster through and through.
You respect fellow tenants belongings and not help yourself to their personal things.
We value kindness, honesty and open communication. Home is our safe space where we all should feel comfortable. You must working full time and you will need to sign a contract. Sorry no pets, smoking or vaping. Also no couples as we don’t have the space or facilities.
