Brighton Room Available – Light-Filled, Relaxed, and Welcoming

A sunny, fully furnished bedroom is available in my Brighton home — perfect for someone who wants a comfortable space to feel at ease in, whether short or long-term.

The Room
Cosy and bright, with a single bed (happy to remove this if you have your own), cupboard, desk, and storage. The bathroom is shared on paper, but in practice it's mostly yours — I have my own ensuite.

The Home
The vibe here is easy and down-to-earth. It's a calm space overall, but there's always room for music, a spontaneous chat, or a glass of wine if the mood strikes.
We keep a low-tox home — we use natural cleaning and personal care products, so if you're someone who appreciates a healthier living environment, you'll feel right at home. We'd just ask that you're mindful of this too.
You'll be sharing with me (I work from home full-time, so there's usually someone around), my teen son who's here part-time, and our chilled-out dog.
There's also a glassed-in sunroom filled with plants and bean bags — perfect for working, reading, or soaking up the sun.
Located in a peaceful part of Brighton — walking distance to the beach, shops, cafes, and public transport.

$350/week including bills (internet not included)
4-week bond
Long-term preferred (3+ months), but happy to chat about shorter stays
For one person only (sorry, no couples)
Open to a man or woman — just looking for the right vibe
