Brighton Room Available – Light-Filled, Relaxed, and Welcoming

A sunny, fully furnished single room is available in my Brighton home — perfect for someone who wants a comfortable space to feel at ease in, whether short or long-term.

**The Room**
Cosy and bright, with a single bed, cupboard, desk, and storage.
The bathroom is shared — easy setup with space for your things.

**The Home**
The vibe here is easy and down-to-earth. It’s a calm space overall, but there’s always room for music, a spontaneous chat, or a glass of wine if the mood strikes.
You’ll be sharing with me (I work from home), my teen son who’s here part-time, and our chilled-out dog.
There’s also a glassed-in sunroom filled with plants and bean bags — perfect for working, reading, or soaking up the sun.

A bit about me — I go salsa dancing regularly, love being social with friends, spending time outdoors, and making the most of sunny days.

**The Lifestyle**
Located in a peaceful part of Brighton — walking distance to the beach, shops, cafes, and public transport.
The space would suit someone easygoing and grounded who wants a homely setup with good energy — not a party house, but definitely not boring.

– \$350/week including bills (internet not included)
– 4-week bond
– Long-term preferred (3+ months), but happy to chat about shorter stays
