Description of the home
We’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our modern two-storey Brunswick home.
The house is airy, light and spacious, with polished wooden floorboards throughout, a large functional kitchen with two fridges, full entertainment setup with projector and hifi, a communal workspace and two bathrooms.
We’re in a wonderful spot on a quiet leafy street in between Lygon st and Sydney rd, halfway between Wildlife and The Retreat. An easy walk to the 1, 6 and 19 tram routes as well as Brunswick train station. Surrounded by parks, shops, cafes, everything. All close and easy. There's ample parking on the street.
The backyard is a textbook Brunswick mostly concreted situation that we have fashioned into a surprisingly enjoyable garden, replete with bountiful vegetable planters, trees, hammock, worm farm and very occasional pool.

Ronja works in the arts and occasionally as a gardener. She likes dappled sunlight, B grade action films and collecting rocks. She can be found listening to the more ambient end of the NTS spectrum.
Gig is an actor working mostly in TV and theatre. He likes planting trees and buying secondhand projectors.
We’re very house proud. We follow the arts, ride bikes, share memes and know each other's friends.
