Fully furnished leafy Brunswick sublet!! 🌿

We are looking to sublet our cosy double room for 3-4 months (June-August/September dates flexible). Close to Sydney Road, Anstey station, upfield bike path and 19 & 6 tram stops! Heaps of great coffee spots, bakeries (Oven St) and lovely Brunswick bars all within a few mins walking distance.

We're looking for housemate(s) in their late 20s or 30s who are clean and house proud and are keen to contribute in making the house a fun and cosy space for the winter!

About the house -
The house is warm, friendly and has plenty of cosy hang-out spaces so you always have space to chill!

You will be living with two amazing couples (Angie+Kie and Clare+Dec) in their late twenties/ early thirties who are all incredibly lovely housemates. Most of the house works full time, sometimes working/studying from home. 🏡 You will also be living with two cats, Freckles and Hans (who love to hang and cuddle if you do too) so it’s essential that you are comfortable with our furry friends being around!! 😎

We like to maintain a friendly vibe in the house, sometimes sharing meals and watching movies together, but also doing our own thing. There’s a mix of hobbies in the house, from rock climbing, pottery, beer making, gardening & lead lighting! Also, we have a big veggie patch and oranges & olives growing in the garden 🪴

The house has one bathroom + one extra toilet + laundry out back.

About the room -
The room is a cosy double with in built wardrobe. It would be ideal for someone that is happy for a furnished room, but we can also remove furniture for the right person/people 🌞

$1012 p/month for the room without bills (bond $500), single/couples are welcome! 😊
