Looking for a cozy space in a warm family home? We’re offering a furnished private bedroom in our quiet house in Brunswick, Victoria, for $300/week, plus $20/week fixed utilities.

We’re a small family of three – two working parents and our kind-hearted 8-year-old daughter – living in a peaceful, welcoming home. We’re naturally quiet and introverted, and we value a calm, respectful environment. Our ideal housemate would be someone who appreciates that vibe and is happy to be part of a thoughtful, low-key household.

Bathroom shared only with our daughter

Access to a spacious dining room, vibrant living area, and a well-kept garden

Laundry is taken care of – just leave your clothes together, and we’ll include them in our regular washes

Home-cooked meals – we cook every evening and warmly invite you to join us for dinner anytime you like

Utilities: Fixed at $20/week

Deposit: 2 weeks (refundable)

Sorry, no couples – single occupancy only

You’ll be sharing the home with our friendly dog, Rumo, who loves company but also respects space
