Hello lovely people! We’re looking for someone to join our cozy and welcoming Brunswick sharehouse! Move-in date from the 31/08.

Location:
Situated on a quiet street in what we’d consider an ideal location, this place is just a 10-minute walk from Brunswick or Anstey Station. It also offers easy access to both the 19 tram on Sydney Rd and the 58 tram on Melville Rd, making it a convenient spot to get around.

House:
The house is on a spacious corner block, featuring a generously sized backyard. It includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open living space, and a kitchen, along with an outdoor laundry and carport. The backyard offers potential for a revamp of the veggie patch if you're a green thumb. Plus, there’s plenty of free on-street parking available.

We have all the essential furniture, but we're open to whatever you bring to add your personal touch and help bring the space to life.
