Less than a minutes walk from Sydney Road. 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with a gorgeous large balcony. The bedroom is large and has an ensuite bathroom. Fridge, dishwasher (bosch) and washing machine (fisher paykel) are all brand new as I moved in in December. Sorry the photos don't show the current furniture but gives you a good sense of the space.
There's undercover parking in the building which I don't use so you can use it if you have a car.
