Location
The apartment is right in the heart of Brunswick and yet is quiet thanks to the mircale that is double glazed windows.

It's got amazing public transport options, being less than a 2 minute walk away from both Brunswick station and the 19 tram line on Sydney rd.

It's right next to the Woolies, while the Bunnings, Savers and Baths are only couple minutes walk away. Plus it's super close to roughly a million bars, cafes and restaurants.

Bedroom 1
The room is medium size with built-in wardrobes. There's also a semi-private balcony, which will more or less be entirely yours as it's attached to your room and no-one uses. The room will be entirely unfurnished. - July 18th

Bedroom 2
The room is medium size with built-in wardrobes. The room will be unfurnished expect for a double bed, which you can have, or I can get rid off. - July 27th

The Apartment
It's a solidly sized 3 bedroom apartment, with a really nice living area that has ridiculously good views of the city.

There's also a communual area on the 9th floor, which gives you a whole different set of views. We also have a cage, for storage, or whatever cage needs you have honestly.

Bills and expenses

The bills are electricity, water, hot water and internet. We split the cost evenly 3 ways and while the price varies month-month, it's usually around $80-100.
