-10 min walk to the 19 tram
-10 min walk to Sydney Road and RMIT Brunswick campus
Rent is 1538 per month (not including bills)

Bills and expenses

Bills are split evenly between you and two other flatmates.
Power is variable, although we have been paying around 320 together per quarter.
Internet is Unlimited and is 95 a month together, this however could be changed to a different plan if all tenants are in agreement.
We are yet to receive a water bill, if one arrives we will work it out logically based on period of occupancy.
