I got really lucky and can take over a friend‘s appartment which is located at the back of a gated community just off Lygon St, perfect location. Close to Tram 1 & 6, and 96 that all go into the city. It has an open living area with a large kitchen, big bathroom and west facing balcony. The furniture in the photos will be moved, so I‘ll replace that. Means there might be space if you wanted to bring some extra furniture.
