Brunswick East

Description of the home

Room available in a two bedroom house in Brunswick East on Brunswick Road ($350/wk).

My housemate is moving out to live with his partner so I'm looking to fill his room. It's a great location, 1 minute walk to the 96 tram, close to East Brunswick Village with Coles, Cinema etc. and there's a bunch of great bars and cafes near by also as well as walking/riding trails and parks nearby. Lygon Street and Sydney Road are also close by also.

The room available is very spacious with high ceilings and a built in wardrobe. You can easily fit a queen bed and a desk in there. It will be unfurnished so you will need to bring your own bed etc.

The rest of the place is furnished with a big couch, tv and a dining table. There is a decent sized sunny courtyard out the back with an outdoor table/chair set with a sun umbrella also. There is free street parking just around the corner.

You'll be sharing with me, Patrick. I work 4 days a week Mon-Thurs at a not for profit in Richmond and am in the office all of those days. I enjoy listening to music, going to gigs and play guitar in a band with some friends. I like cycling, catching up with friends for a beer/watching sport and the occasional op shopping and art exhibitions/museum adventures. In my spare time at the moment I am writing a novel and enjoy being creative.

Looking for someone similar - reliable, clean and who is up for a chat/watching a movie or having a shared meal now and then. Let me know if you're interested!
