Description of the home
We live in one of those long, old, Brunswick houses with cute leadlight windows, two awesome humans and 378 worms. There are floorboards, plenty of light in the living area, a nice courtyard which could do with some green-thumbed love, a tv, comfy couch with blankets, kitchen full of all the things you need, a bath, house plants... We have a nice clean ducted heating unit that we enjoy and use in the winter (you will be warm here).

Bills and expenses
We divide the bills evenly by three. Our summertime gas bills come to about $20 a month and winter $90, shoulder seasons are in between. Electricity fluctuates between about $20 in summer and $35 in winter per month. Internet is $25 a month and water is roughly $10 per month.

Jane is 44, she works in mental healthcare admin, she is very green thumbed and all the indoor plants are thriving. Jane is also an incredible cook and has many kitchen paraphenalias and good cook books.
Generally we are a quiet house, sometimes we share a meal or watch something together but this is a nice space for having a good balance between time to yourself and housemate chats.
