Home Description

Description of the home

Our home is a lovely, light-filled double-storey townhouse located on a quiet street between the Nicholson St and Lygon St tram lines in Brunswick East (and their amazing cafes). It's a short walk to CERES and the lovely Merri Creek, and about one minute from a park (which is an off-leash dog park full of dogs to pat).

The house is spacious, with two separate living areas, a good-sized kitchen and lots of house plants. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a third separate toilet, plus a small paved courtyard out the back.

The house only has one car parking spot, which is unfortunately already taken. But there is car parking on the street and nearby streets. We also have an (outdoor) bike parking spot for those who also like to do their commute by bike.
