The room has previously had (at separate times!) a queen sized bed and a double bed, so depends on what you need. It has such great natural light, so would suit someone who also has a lot of plants or enjoys plants! The built in wardrobe is of a fairly decent size and fits quite a lot in. The bedroom available is situated at the front of the unit, sharing a wall with the lounge room and with a small hallway between, opposite my room. There are large slat Venetian blinds for privacy, and there are also a few fixtures for a rod & curtains if needed.

Cosy indoor jungle - full of plants and art in this lovely, homey villa unit. A space that can be whatever we make it! There's access to the Moonee Ponds creek track near by, with the 59 tram about a 12 minute walk away, though it is a little bit of an awkward spot if only relying on public transport. The 503 bus stop to Essendon or Brunswick East very close by. The flat is located almost smack bang between Essendon and Anstey stations. There's a local IGA just a few minutes walk away and bigger supermarkets (Aldi, Woolies & Coles Moonee Ponds, & Woolies in Brunswick as well) not far as well. A few local neighbourhood cafe's and restaurants are walking distance either side.

Bills and expenses
The bills are separate. There's only electricity at the flat (no gas), billed quarterly and water also billed quarterly. Internet is $70 a month ($35 each); I would be open to changing providers/plans if necessary.
I will have discounted water and electricity shortly due to concession prices. Bills will be split equally unless there was a fair reason for any variation.

I'm Felicia, the main occupant of the flat.. and my little guy is called Ren.. he's sweet, super friendly and sometimes quite funny! A cheeky, snuggly guy that brings joy to everyone he meets! He's almost always down for a cuddle, to help cheer us humans up!
I'm 36 and at this stage, I'm quite a home body a lot of the time due to chronic health conditons that limit my abilities unfortunately. I more recently, previously worked as an assistant venue manager of a live music venue in the city, which I really loved! But, my health stuff and work got too much, so here we are!
I've set this place up with furniture and life, from scratch, so I'm very house proud, but I'm also very human, so I'm flexible and understanding that we will often have lived in "mess".. which of course can always be easily tidied! I always prefer to focus more on cleanliness/ maintenance of cleanliness, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom.
Because I'm home a bit, I have lots of bits and bobs to do arts and crafts with! Would love someone who's down to do arts and crafts with! I love listening to music, which I do quite often, but always considerate of others needs and interests when it comes to sound and space.
I used to cook a lot (have been told many times over the years that I'm quite good! ðŸ¤) but because of pain and fatigue I'm not able to a lot.. so kitchen tends to be free to be used (also, not working, I'd be happy to work around other's needs as best I could)
Love to garden/tend to plants often, especially in the warmer weather, and cosy on the spacious, cushion covered sofa bed to watch a film in the cooler weather.
As much as I am home because of my health, I do like to get out and about when I can - to socialise, get into nature, just go for a drive for the sake of it (though, petrol prices have made the idea of that off-putting lately!). Used to love to go out for a boogie, and would hopefully be able to again in the near future!!! I've got a pilates reformer machine that I'm trying to get back into the habit of using again!! Would be happy for the right housemate to use it too!

Description of pets
Ren is currently (seemingly) less than 1 year old, but probably near it! So, he's a snoozy and playful little guy. He loves a chat (he trills a lot, doesn't quite meow all that much yet!) And playing fetch with his favourite toy. He's very clever and has learnt to sit and do paw on command for his food! There's lots of words he recognises and understands, so he's generally quite well behaved and respectful!
We're very closely connected and he tends to follow me about a lot, but he's incredibly friendly and happy to bond with other loveable humans, ready to cuddle and love on them when they need it!
He's currently an indoor cat, and I'm keen to harness train him when I can (I've tried a few times already).
